Accessibility Statement for The Nest

At Valkyrie Archery, we aim to be as inclusive as possible. Due to the nature of our rural location and the traditional structure of our range, there are some physical features that visitors should be aware of before booking.

Arrival & Parking

Parking: We have an on-site car park located within close proximity to the range entrance. The surface is gravel but the area is slightly muddy, so please keep this in mind regarding footwear or mobility aids.

Access to Premises: Entry to the main premises involves navigating small steps.

The Range (The Nest)

Layout: The shooting range itself includes small step mid range but the flooring is concrete..

Assistance: Our instructors are always happy to provide a steadying hand or assist with carrying equipment to your lane. If you have specific mobility requirements, please contact us in advance so we can ensure your lane is as accessible as possible.

Facilities

Toilets: Please note that there are no toilet facilities currently available on-site at The Nest. We advise visitors to plan accordingly before arriving for their session.

Seating: We provide seating in our social/waiting area for archers to use between ends.

Communication.

If you have any specific accessibility questions or if you have sensory requirements (such as needing a quieter time to shoot), please reach out via our [Contact Form]. We are committed to making adjustments wherever possible to help you enjoy the sport of archery
